queo is a sustainable group of companies committed to environmentally and socially responsible management. Moral and ethical principles have always been very important to us as a company and to our employees. We have always practised them in our daily lives and they influence all our actions and decisions, even if we have not explicitly written them down. With our continued growth and increasing regulatory requirements, it has become important to formulate appropriate guidelines and to make our principles explicit. We have therefore developed a Code of Conduct and training for our employees. We expect our employees to adhere to ethical, social and environmental principles, which we are increasingly integrating into our corporate culture. We also strive to continuously improve our business activities, services and products in terms of sustainability and call on our suppliers to contribute to this in a holistic approach.

The demands of supplier management are no longer confined to a globally connected world. Modern technologies require raw materials that often come from critical regions of the world. Supply chains are also affected by climate change and the increasing scarcity of resources. queo meets these challenges by taking sustainable aspects into account in procurement and supplier management. This includes the responsible use of critical materials as well as human rights, environmental and social standards.

To reinforce these values, we rely on active communication with our suppliers and their support.

Only together can we meet the challenges of the future!

Our Code of Conduct is based on national laws and regulations such as the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and international conventions such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Guidelines on the Rights of the Child and Business Conduct, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Standards of the International Labour Organisation.

In this way, queo supports fundamental principles in the areas of human rights, labour and environmental standards, as well as the application of high ethical and moral business standards.

These principles are set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct: Download
