queo extends its mandate for technical support services for aok.de
Already since 2015, queo has been responsible for all technical aspects as well as the enhancement of the online platform aok.de. The website represents the nationwide network of all AOKs, where all information relevant for clients of the health insurance provider can be accessed directly and easily in one place. In 2019, queo successfully extended its mandate.
So far, we have achieved significant success together with AOK’s umbrella organisation and other UX- and editorial service providers. Following the website relaunch in 2016, the portal became much more user-friendly. It is now optimally tailored to the individual user’s needs and provides content at national and regional level for a large number of interested parties, i.e. a total of 26 million insurants and 11 national associations of AOK. With the help of our technical expertise, we implemented a high-performance architecture that runs smoothly, yet is flexible enough to be adapted to new requirements. In 2016, the platform was awarded the title of “best website of the year“ in the category “insurance companies“.
Our past success and continuous extension are proof of proper decisions and high-quality work.
After five years of successful cooperation, we managed to extend our mandate for the technical support of aok.de. Together with the AOK umbrella organisation and regional AOKs, we are a well-tuned team. For the future, our deep understanding of the client and our process expertise will continue to ensure an up-to-date technical design of the platform.
With the continued technical support of aok.de, we keep responding to constantly changing needs. In doing so, we focus on state-of-the-art technologies as well as new requirements in a dynamic environment. Thus, we particularly strengthen the platform’s digital and mobile profile and develop contemporary digital solutions.
